Me imagino que entre los lectores de este blog se encuentran muchos que al igual que yo son fanáticos de descargar videos de Internet, en especial series y películas. Y como me ocurre a mí también les debe ocurrir que muy cada tanto nos encontramos con esos videos que no podemos reproducir porque son grabados con algún codec medio extraño o mejor dicho no tan popular.
Hasta hace unos días la solución que siempre me había resultado era instalar el pack completo de codecs K-lite y ya con eso solucionaba el 99% de los problemas con los codecs, pero por ley de Murphy siempre nos encontraremos con videos que justamente entran en ese 1% restante, para esos casos les presento lo que a mi mejor me funciona para saber que codecs necesito: se trata del programa media info. Un pequeño programa que nos informa sobre los codecs necesarios para reproducir cierto video con solo arrastrar el video en cuestión a la aplicación y de paso nos informa donde podemos descargarlo, mas sencillo imposible.
Lo interesante de este programa gratuito, es que nos permite solo instalar los codecs necesarios, sin necesidad de copiar un pack completo con algunos que no utilizaremos nunca. Además es una forma de averiguar con exactitud lo necesario para reproducir un video sin problemas.
Les aseguro que me ahorro mas de un dolor de cabeza
